Hydraulic Control Assembly

Four-way Control Valve size options are 1/4", 1/2", 1" or 1-1/2" depending on function requirements. Regulator operation is manual, air diaphragm, hydraulic or failsafe motor drive. The manifold header for multi-function 1" valves is machined from 2-1/2" O.D. mechanical tubing - 5000 psi W.P. A high-low pressure bypass valve may be installed to direct unregulated high pressure from the accumulator to the manifold header. Three gauges mounted in a panel on the header read accumulator, manifold and annular BOP pressure.
